To process your pickup orders at Delightz Koramangala, we collect your name, phone number, and optional email address. These details are strictly required to identify your basket, verify payments, and generate live notifications when your pastry items are ready.
2. Phone and Message Consent
By checking the consent box during checkout, you authorize Delightz to send order status updates, ETA estimations, and digital pickup codes to your registered phone number via SMS and WhatsApp. You can opt out at any time by contacting store desk support.
3. Payment Security & Encryption
All online transactions are processed securely through Razorpay 256-bit encryption. Delightz never captures or stores your credit/debit card numbers, UPI PINs, or net banking credentials. Payment success signatures are cryptographically verified on our servers for complete authenticity.
4. Data Retention
We retain your order histories, status event records, and receipt summaries solely to resolve transaction inquiries, verify collection tokens, and maintain accurate kitchen records.
