Please review the terms and conditions governing walk-in pickup orders at Delightz Koramangala.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website and placing online pickup orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. Delightz is an artisan patisserie and dessert brand operated by SANDALURU PRASHANTH SHALINI. If you do not agree with any provision, please refrain from using our online ordering portal.
2. Walk-in Takeaway Pickup Only
Delightz provides walk-in takeaway and self-collection ordering ONLY. We do NOT offer door-to-door home delivery services. You or your representative must physically visit our counter in Koramangala 6th Block, Bangalore, to collect your baked goods.
3. Preparation & Readiness
We bake items fresh to order. Estimated preparation times shown on menu cards are averages. To ensure peak freshness and avoid waiting at the counter, please arrive for collection only after receiving your live SMS/WhatsApp notification stating your order is "Ready for Pickup".
4. Security of Pickup Codes
You are solely responsible for keeping your 4-digit token code confidential. Delightz is not liable for items collected by third-party delivery partners or individuals who present your token ID at the counter.
